Terms of service

Done by Sundown is software operated by Web Crate LLC that recurring home-service companies use to run their routes, record completed work, and collect payment for it. Accounts are set up by us directly; there is no self-service signup.

We provide the software. The service company provides the service. Any dispute about the work itself, its quality, its scheduling, or its price is between you and them.

Payments are handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor and go directly to the company that performed the work. Funds do not pass through us. A completed visit is charged once, after a short delay during which the crew can undo a mistake.

Refunds and billing disputes are handled by the company that charged you.

By agreeing to receive texts you consent to service and billing messages at the mobile number you gave the company that services your property. Where we cannot text you, the same notices go to the email address on your account instead. Roughly four to five messages a month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Full messaging details.

Accounts are for legitimate lawn care businesses messaging their own customers about work those customers requested. Using this service to send marketing, to message people who did not agree to hear from you, or to message numbers obtained from a third party is prohibited and will end the account.

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Web Crate LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid to us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to the lawn care companies using the service before they take effect.
