For recurring-service businesses
Run the route. Get paid the same day.
Scheduling and billing for crews that come back every week. Add a customer once, and the visits, receipts, and payments follow.

Nobody got into this for the paperwork
Text messages, memory, and a stack of paper checks will get you through the week. What they will not do is add themselves up. So somebody sits down on a Sunday and works out who was serviced, what they owe, and who still has not paid.
That is the boring half of the job. Done by Sundown does it for you.
Start to finish
Customer → schedule → job done → money collected
You add the customer. The crew taps done. The rest runs itself.
How it works
- 1
Set the schedule once
Add a customer with their address, price, and how often you service them. Visits are generated from there: weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
- 2
The crew works from a phone
Today's stops in order, one tap each: done, skipped, or a photo of the finished work. It keeps working without signal and syncs when the signal returns.
- 3
Payment follows the work
A finished visit charges the card on file. No card means a payment link instead, and cash or a check gets recorded just the same.
Everyone sees what they need
The crew
The route, and nothing else. No prices, no balances, no billing details.
The owner
The day, the money, and what is unpaid. Re-price a visit, move a rained-out day, resend a payment link.
The homeowner
Nothing to install and no login. A receipt by text or email, and a secure link when there is something to pay.

The owner, at a desk: the day and what is still owed, side by side.

The same account, on a phone.
